Beep me? No, BEEP YOU!

The faxes being sent to our line seemed to die down for awhile, but now they have started back up. Somebody suggested I yell things at the fax machines, as sometimes they can be heard by the person operating the machine. So, that's what I do. Depending on what I'm doing (like sleeping) when they call, varies the colorfulness of my language to the machines. Usually it just involves things like "I AM NOT A FAX MACHINE!!". Good times.
A funny thing happened the other day when one of these machines called, I was yelling at it and all of the sudden I heard something almost human, and then the beeping stopped and there was a click. So I resumed what I was doing, but the phone rang again. This time it was a person, wondering why I wasn't a fax machine. Oops!
